Projects >Nick Sanders Autobiographies
Nick has spent his life setting world records with bicycles, motorbikes, balloons & boats. Encountering royalty, artists, officials, entrepreneurs, celebrities & a whole host of characters on the way. Too much for one book, this project needed 3 separate volumes.
This smashed expectations yet again. The design of Volume 1 was a great starting point, and now Volume 2 has been pushed to the next level. It turned out even better than I could’ve expected!
Nick Sanders, Author
The Extraordinary Life of an Ordinary Man – Volume 1
Nick’s lived quite a life so far. So fitting it all into one book is, frankly, impossible. Volume 1 takes the reader from Nick’s birth in 1957 through many record breaking round-the-world bicycle and motorcycle expeditions, some hot air ballooning, hob-nobbing with celebs and royals alike, and shares an image that will be forever seared into our memory banks. Let’s just say it involves Richard Branson, his parents, a hot-water pool, a tea set and nothing else…
400 pages of text and 40 pages of classic photography from Nicks life give a deep insight into what made Nick the man he is.
The Extraordinary Life of an Ordinary Man – Volume 2
Volume two is largely about motorcycling and lots of it. 349 pages of broken-down bikes, sunken boats and adventure from the Atacama to Alaska, Syria and the Middle East, London to Cape Town and beyond and then back again.
