A full yellow and black themed feature with a perfect balance of editorial style and its own identity. Plus, check out the opening shot of the ‘force of nature’ feature where we coloured a selection of old black and white photos.
The Speed Issue
This was one of our favourite issues to design. Every feature and every picture is incredible in its own right. The Speed Issue is dedicated to all things motorcycling in the pursuit of going faster. How can you not like that?!
The Summer of ’67
The summer of 1967 was once the hottest on record (yeah that records long gone…), but it’s also heralded as the peak of motorcycling. In this issue, there are 67 mini-stories outlining key events throughout motorcycling in ’67.
If you think there’s something we can help you with,
then we probably can.
We’ve got decades of design experience across an array of applications and demographics, so there isn’t much beyond us here at Kakadu. So whether you need some current artwork tweaking, a full back-to-the-start rebrand or want to create something new all together, get in touch for a no-pressure chat about what we can do for you.
Classic Bike magazine isn’t the only place that’s had some Kakadu Creative magic. Here are a few more…
TAKING CONTROL PHOTOGRAPHY BOOK
We helped professional photographer and teacher, Richard Houghton, to take his idea for a photography book from concept to physical product. And now it takes readers from beginner to pro.
Hinch Plant Branding & Website
This project covered a branding refresh, custom video production, fresh copy, new website, letterhead, print advert and business card design. A multi-service project for a multi-service company.
Nick Sanders Autobiography
We designed the hardback and paperback version of volume 1 and 2. Obviously it’s a good looking thing, but it’s a good read too! The hardbacks all sold out quickly, but there’s a few floppy ones left.
